Weed Zapper Start Up Instructions

1. Always startup on “Low Weed” selection.
2. Select the HP selection that is just below your tractors rated HP.
3. Install all insulator arms, wires, according to instructional
   YouTube video
4. Only hook up center HV cable to center section of front
   electrodes At this time, leave both ends of all “small gray wing
   transfer wires” disconnected.
5. Start the center section only 1st. Do this by satisfying all safety’s
   on the right side of the monitor run screen. This is including
   generator rpm over 1650 (1000 + PTO RPM’S). The RED
   “Disabled” light that is below the vertical column of safety boxes
   should turn to GREEN “Ready” once safety’s and rpm’s are
   satisfied.
6. Once you see “Zapper is Running!” displayed on the lower right
   corner of the monitor you may shock a weed, if there are any
   present.
7. If no warnings or fault codes display on monitor during this
   startup, then connect both ends of the Main wing transfer wire’s
   and repeat the entire process.
8. If no warnings or fault codes display on monitor during this
   startup, then connect both ends of the Outer wing transfer wire’s
   and repeat the entire process.

This is a 2 step process on the 20’ and 30’ with single left
and right wings and is a 3 step process on the 40’ booms.
