Control Module Upgrade Instructions
Series 100 to Series 200
The modules are located inside the control panel located on the right-hand side of the cart.
Before servicing these parts, turn off the tractor and remove the key!

  1. Open the control panel and take a picture for future reference purposes.
  2. The modules being replaced are located in the top LEFT corner of the control panel.
They will be labeled Module 1 and Module 2. (see Figure 1)
  3. Remove three green plugs by moving orange levers on each end of the plug. Pull down
on top levers and push up on bottom levers to eject the terminal plugs. (see Figure 1)
  4. Remove four Phillips-head screws that secure the module assembly to the panel. (see
    Figure 2)
  5. Located to the right of the old module is a small plastic, grey clip that stops the two small
breakers from sliding off the aluminum Din Rail. Remove the clip. (see Figure 3)
  6. Try fitting the new module in the old location. In most cases the new module can be
maneuvered in place by allowing the aluminum Din Rail to go between the plastic base of
the module and the aluminum cover portion with label. If it won’t fit, it may be necessary
to trim about 1/8″ off the aluminum Din Rail with an angle grinder. (see Figure 3)
  7. Install the new Series 200 module using the four Phillips-head screws and existing holes.
    (see Figure 4)
  8. Install the plugs in the same location as they were on the old module. The new
module has two more available sockets on the top, but they are not used. (see Figure 5)
