No Generator RPM’S
Flex Boom Instructions

1. Wing switch test satisfied
2. Operator is seated in seat and box is GREEN for
   SEAT S.

3. Wings on ground and GREEN boxes displayed for
   Right and Left Wings
4. PTO spinning at 1000-1100 PTO RPMs (verify
   with tractor engine RPM’s at
   2000ish)
5. E-Stop pulled OUT! Check Monitor Screen for
   warning saying “E-Stop pressed”.
6. Press “20 second manual RPM BYPASS” (light
   blue box lower left corner).

6. Press “20 second manual RPM BYPASS” (light
   blue box lower left corner).

Check for GREEN RPM box and verify GEN RPM
shows 1650 + RPM’s on the LEFT side.

If no GEN RPM’s are displayed turn off power for
30 seconds and retry sequence.

Turning off power without keeping it off for a full
30 seconds will not drain the DC STEP UP
TRANSFORMER CAPACITORS and will not reset
the computer!

1. Press the bottom pink right arrow and
   advance to the Diagnostic Page.

2. Press the YELLOW or GREEN button in the top
right corner of the screen.

3. Hold down until the monitor beeps. Numbers
will appear above the IVS box.

4. Turn on tractor PTO and increase the RPM’s to
   1000 PTO RPM’s.
5. Take a photo of the screen and text it to 660-
   240-8370 along with the farm name.
