New Radar Mount Instructions

1. Measure 11″ up from bottom return and 6″ over to the
   center on the lower right back corner of the cart. Place a mark.
2. Using a hole saw, drill a 1 1/4″ diameter hole in the back
   lower right corner of the cart.
3. Next measure 13″ up and 2 3/4″ over towards the center
   from the right side of the lower back corner of the cart. Place a
   mark.
4. Next measure 13″ up and 9 3/8″ over towards the center
   from the right side of the lower back corner of the cart. Place a
   mark.

5. Now place the new mounting bracket against the outside back
   panel of the cart. Align the holes from steps 3&4 with the
   bracket top mounting holes.
6. Mark the bottom 2 mounting holes.
7. Using a 1/4″ drill bit drill holes at both of these marks (steps
   3,4&6).
8. Cut and remove the 2 zip ties that secure the radar harness to
   the Zapper cart floor.
9. Reroute the harness to the new module location. See photo 3
10. Route the harness through the 1.25″ cable connector where
    it penetrates the rear cart wall. Plug the harness into the new
    module.
11. Use the 4 1/4″ x 1″ long bolts and nuts to secure the module
    to the rear outside of the cart.
12. Use the new magnetic harness mounts to secure the harness
    away from pinch points.
13. If a new radar module was sent to you please return the old
    one using the packing slip that was provided in the box. The part
    will be warrantied once the old part has been returned.
