New Holland 1-6 Mounting Instructions

1. Remove tractor suitcase weights.
2. Remove 2 top bolts that hold weight bracket to tractor. Do not remove the weight bracket.
3. Starting against the tractor weight bracket, in this order install the: 1st Alignment Bushings (G) 2nd Below Weight Bracket Inside Connector (E) with 4 holes. 3rd Below Weight Bracket Stop (D) with 4 holes. These bolt to tractor using the top 2 weight bracket mounting holes on either side. THESE BOLTS ARE NOT SUPPLIED! Tighten according to tractor specifications.
4. Using the outside 2 bolts only, bolt the top hook (F) to main 3pt mounting bracket (C) loosely, leave about a 1/4″ gap!
5. Hang main 3pt Universal Main 3pt Rear Plate (C&F) on tractor weight bracket.
6. Bolt the vertical side of Below Weight Bracket Stop (D) to the 3pt Universal Main 3pt Rear Plate (C) with 4 bolts loosely. Bolts should be installed from the rear to the forward side.
7. Install the last 2 bolts that bolt Top Hook (F) to part (C).
8. Starting with the outside 2 bolts tighten the 4 Top Hook (F) bolts.
9. Tighten the 3 bolts that couple parts (D) and (E) together.
10. Tighten the single bolt that couples the bottom of part (G) and part (C) together.
11. Inspect GAP between part (D) and the bottom of the tractor weight bracket itself. It should be no more than 3/8”. If the gap is more than 3/8” loosen the 4 bolts at the front of part (D) and adjust gap.
12. Couple part (B) to part (C) using the supplied bolts.
13. Install the 2 X 2” X 8” Hydraulic cylinders with the tube end towards part (C).
