Contactor Coil Instructions
Always lower cart to the stands or wheels
and shut off tractor before service!

  1. Open the right-side door and secure it.
  2. Located in the rear top corner of the cart there is a control
    panel. Using a flat headed screwdriver unlatch the bottom of
    the panel lid.
  3. Pull out on bottom of the lid and lift upward. Sit the panel lid
    on the ground outside the cart.
  4. Located in the bottom of the control panel is a large
    contactor with 4 large black cables attached at the 4 opposite
    corners. The coil is removed from the very bottom on the right
    side.
  5. Many times, there is a large black zip-tie wrapped around the
    base of the contactor below the cables, it is about 3/8” wide. It
    is used for shipping purposes and is not needed for field
    operation. Cut and remove the large zip-tie.

6. Reaching between the large black cables on the right side
(BLUE & Green) use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen clamps
that secure the small blue wires with white stripes.

7. Reaching between the large black cables on the right side
(BLUE & Green) 2 fingers to pull up on spring loaded COIL
latch. You will feel it release. When you feel it release pull the
coil towards the right or towards the tractor. It will slide on a
track.

8. You may need to maneuver the large cables to remove the
coil.

9. Replace with the new coil by reversing the previous steps.
You may source a new zip-tie if you wish but it is not required.
