Steps to Replace a PC3 Communication Card with SIF Communication Card
The modules are located inside the control panel on the right-hand side of the cart.
Before servicing these parts, turn off the tractor and remove the key!

1. Remove wires from top and bottom of small breaker located to left of computer. (see Fig. 1)
2. Remove breaker by pulling downward on tab located at the bottom of the breaker, releasing
   it and then lifting upward on breaker to remove it.
3. Place the small breaker to the left of the Wire tower terminal blocks. (see Figures 2a and 2b)
4. Reconnect the wires to the breaker. This may require rerouting of the wires to obtain enough
   slack. Open the top wire gutter if needed.
5. Unplug both plugs top and bottom from the computer. The wires stay in the plugs.
   Do not remove them. (see Figure 3)
6. Remove the small center card by prying outward at top and bottom notches. (see Figure 4)
7. Remove the computer by releasing it at the bottom with a small screwdriver. There is one
   Small black ring that comes from the bottom of the computer. (see Figure 5)
8. Pull outward on clear plastic clip to eject bottom plug (Blue and black wires). (see Figure 5)
9. Remove computer by pulling outward on bottom. Then lift upward to release it from DIN rail.
10. Install new Module shipped to you, to right side of computer and press the black clip down
    that is on the top left of the module. This secures the module to the computer. (See Figure 6)
11. Reinstall the computer with the new module in the control panel.
12. Plug in all plugs.
13. Install the wires that were in the center plug into the new module. (see Figure 7)
14. The wires should be connected to the bottom 3 terminals on both top and bottom plugs.
    Bottom = Black (SG1) Middle = White (B1) Top = Red (A1)
