All OSM 3PT DIRECT MOUNT Mounting Instructions

1. Remove ALL tractor suitcase weights.
2. A suitably rated lifting device should be put in place to lift and hold the tractor weight
   bracket.
3. Remove all bolts that secure the weight bracket to tractor.
4. Safely lower the tractor weight bracket to the ground and move it out of the way.
5. Place the main 3pt Universal Main 3pt Rear Plate (C) against the rear of
   the tractor weight bracket and locate the holes that will be used. The top of part (C)
   should be close to the same level at the top lip of the weight bracket.
6. Now place the Universal Main 3pt Rear Plate (C) against tractor frame in place of
   the weight bracket. (Bolts for this are NOT provided in the kit) Measure for the size,
   thread pitch and length of bolts needed and source them. ADD appx. 1/4″ to the length
   to allow for washers.
7. Check to see if LARGE BLACK painted washers were provided with the kit.
8. Install the new bolts and tighten them to tractor MFG’s specs.
9. Couple part (B) to part (C) using the supplied bolts. (Bolts are provided)
10. Install the 2 X 2” X 8” Hydraulic cylinders with the tube end towards part (C). (Bolts
    are provided)
